ACL Consulting grew out of ACL Conversions which, in turn, descended from ACL Associates, founded in 1990 by Lee Sauer to provide custom software development services to a wide variety of clients.
In January of 2011, the company began working with The JL Technical Group doing data migrations from ACT! to Salesforce utilizing their Exporter® software. In 2013, ACL Conversions was formed (initially under the ACL Associates umbrella) to expand its offerings to include Salesforce implementation, customization and development services.
Over subsequent years, ACL Conversions developed into a full-service Salesforce Sales Cloud consultancy, offering analysis, Quick Starts, full implementations, training, and process automation (utilizing Process Builder, Flow, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Triggers). To reflect this broader focus, the company was renamed ACL Consulting in early 2020.
In 2020, ACL Consulting applied for and was accepted as a Salesforce Consulting Partner.
